The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for preparing time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects based off Engineered Plans, applying knowledge of concrete construction, techniques, and/or processes. The Estimator/Project Manager will oversee a project from bid to completion. They are also expected to follow up with clients, in an effort to overcome obstacles of a project that arise. They will monitor their projects week to week to stay on target, communicate with superintendents to see the project needs and follow up with engineers, subcontractors and crews as needed.
